We are seeking a Software Project Manager with a strong background in managing technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a project management role within technology-driven environments. A bonus would be experience in implementing Microsoft or SAP solutions. 

 

As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead and manage technology implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. 

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and third party vendors. 

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies. 

  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth execution. 

  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress and addressing issues proactively. 

  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. 

  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards. 

  • Drive post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for technology implementation projects. 

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). 

  • Experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, and software development lifecycles. 

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Must be proficient in Greek and English language skills. 

  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.) (preferred). 

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum (preferred). 

  • Proven experience in Microsoft or SAP solution implementations (preferred).
