To achieve this, we are seeking for a Software Project Manager to join our  Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Lead and manage information technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.  

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party vendors.  

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.  

  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth execution.  

  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress and addressing issues proactively.  

  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.  

  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.  

  • Drive post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.  

  

Qualifications & Experience  

 

  • Holders of Bachelor’s degree. 

  • 3-7 years of experience in project management for information technology initiatives.   

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches), with ability to tailor approach to project type 

  • Experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, IT infrastructure initiatives. 

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.  

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.  

  • Must be proficient in English. Proficiency in Greek is desirable but not required.  

  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana,  JIRA, or similar). 

  • Holder of PMP certification or PRINCE2 (practitioner) or any other Agile/Project Management certification.
