To achieve this, we are seeking for a Software Project Manager to join our Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage information technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth execution.

Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress and addressing issues proactively.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.

Drive post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience

Holders of Bachelor’s degree.

3-7 years of experience in project management for information technology initiatives.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches), with ability to tailor approach to project type

Experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, IT infrastructure initiatives.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.

Must be proficient in English. Proficiency in Greek is desirable but not required.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar).

Holder of PMP certification or PRINCE2 (practitioner) or any other Agile/Project Management certification.
