To achieve this, we are seeking for Software Developer (Low Code/No Code) to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your key responsibilities of the role  

 

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance low code/no code applications using agile development methodologies 

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs 

  • Collaborate with other developers to design and develop low code/no code applications 

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end development of the application and its enhancements 

  • Develop proof of concept (POC) to test different ideas with clients and show the “art of possible” with Low-code or No-code Platforms 

  • Fix critical issues and maintain live applications 

  • Leverage industry and technical background to create high-level solutions with long-term value 

 

To qualify for the role, you must be able to demonstrate a combination of the following 

 

  • Working experience with low code/no code platforms (Outsystems, Mendix, Appian, PowerApps, etc.) 

  • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript 

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle 

  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL 

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills  

  • Excellent problem solver in a collaborative way 

  • Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s) 

  • Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments 

  • Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence) 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

 

  • Professional certification in low-code or no-code platforms 

  • Good appreciation of current market trends (Cloud, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players 

  • Dedication to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team 

  • Natural curiosity and the confidence to provide alternative options or suggestions when you see something that could be improved  

  • Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients
