To achieve this, we are seeking for recent graduates to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

This graduate scheme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills in multiple Low Code/No Code platforms, including OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, and PowerApps. You will receive comprehensive training in more than one of these platforms and work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in application development, integration, and optimization.
Your key responsibilities of the role:

Develop, deploy, and maintain applications using Low Code/No Code platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.

Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Work alongside UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance.

Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Low Code/No Code development.

Collaborate with back-end developers, DevOps, and IT teams to enhance system functionality.

Provide technical support and documentation for applications built on Low Code/No Code platforms.

Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
To qualify for the role, you must be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:

BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
-
Fluent in English.

Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

It will be a plus if you have:

Hands-on experience with Low Code/No Code platforms beyond academic projects.Familiarity with at least one Low Code / No Code platform, such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, or PowerApps, through academic projects, internships, or certifications.

Experience with integrating REST APIs and databases in Low Code applications.

Basic understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps processes.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
