Areas of our work for the presented position include:

• Strategy planning & assessment
• Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
• Business / Commercial review, including services / products analysis
• Market / Sector / Competition analysis

You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local clients. You'll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Ability to collect and utilize relevant business and industry information, and to assess this information effectively by applying strategic and commercial evaluation techniques.
• Understanding key business drivers, co-developing our approach with the client, agreeing value measurements with the client, providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
• Ability to plan, deliver, structure, write and present work against tight deadlines;
• Share your technical and other knowledge with your team.
• Take responsibility for own learning and development, provide coaching to others, and participate in upward feedback.
• Be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels in EY and with clients.
• Be a true business advisor to the client and establish yourself as a key client contact.

To qualify for the role you must have the following:

• Strong academic record, preferably relating to Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills that will enable you to understand and analyse large volumes of data.
• Critical thinking and ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
• Effective time management, able to keep calm when under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong people skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with thirst for learning, team player and excellent communicator.

It will be considered an advantage if you:

• Are a graduate from an MBA degree from a top-tier university.
• Have experience in a similar strategy consulting firm, or strategy department.
• Have solid internal and external business development acumen.
