Our Forensic & Integrity Services team supports clients with fraud investigations, internal audits, anti-money laundering (AML) reviews, corporate compliance assessments, and risk management projects. We work closely with organizations to identify issues, strengthen controls, and improve governance.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Consultant (newly qualified ACA or ACCA) to join our Forensic & Integrity Services practice in Cyprus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about risk management, governance, compliance, and investigations. The successful candidate will work closely with clients across various industries, helping them identify risks, improve control environments, respond to regulatory requirements, and investigate potential misconduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in forensic investigations, internal audit, compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) engagements across various industries.
- Evaluate business processes and internal control frameworks to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend practical solutions to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Identify, document, and communicate key findings, risks, and recommendations to client management.
- Prepare high-quality working papers, analyses, and reports in accordance with EY methodologies and professional standards.
- Collaborate with clients and engagement teams to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.
- Support the execution of fraud risk assessments, compliance reviews, and investigative engagements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and contribute to delivering exceptional client service.
- Stay informed of emerging regulatory, compliance, and fraud-related developments and incorporate best practices into client engagements.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or another related field from a reputable university.
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in internal audit, risk advisory, compliance, forensic services, or related engagements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional curiosity and investigative mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.
