The opportunity:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic SAP Success Factors Consultant to join the EY Consulting Team. If you have a sincere passion for Advisory and looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your knowledge, skills and career, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Continuously enhance your knowledge, keep up with latest technology trends, and exchange knowledge and experience with your colleagues
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience or support experience
- A minimum of 1 full cycle SuccessFactors project implementations
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors know how
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Human Resources or equivalent
- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is considered an advantage, but not a requirement

- Self-driven and flexible, can work autonomously with a proven work ethic
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
- Ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects
- Hard working professional with ability to work under pressure
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
