The EY Parthenon team, part of EY Cyprus, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Manager/Senior Manager to work with and lead a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on transactions, providing advice in challenging and interesting projects. Key responsibilities of the role: 

 

  • Leading engagements involving the following: 

  • Preparation of complex financial models for real estate and hospitality projects;  

  • Preparation of valuations for different property types using methodologies such as the Income Approach (DCF), Comparable Sales, and Income Capitalization; 

  • Preparation of feasibility studies, investment memorandums, highest and best use analysis, and due diligences covering projects in the Real Estate and Hospitality sector; and 

  • Market research on the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors as well as preparation of relevant  thought leadership material. 

  • Preparing and delivering client presentations and reports.  

  • Managing project timelines and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations.  

  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members. 

  • Having a strong understanding of the local real estate market and its dynamics as well as zoning and other regulation laws. Also be familiar and comfortable with the use of Real Estate tools and DLS data. 

 

To qualify for the role you must have: 

 

  • University degree in the field of Finance, Real Estate, Engineering or other related field; 

  • Holder of a Professional Qualification or such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS; 

  • At least 3-6 years of experience in a similar managerial role; 

  • Strong understanding of both real estate and corporate finance; 

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines; 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills; 

  • Effective written and verbal communication; and 

  • Fluency in English. 

 

 

Ideally, you will also be: 

 

  • Registered ETEK member; 

  • Energetic, positive and team player; and 

  • Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail.
