To achieve this, we are seeking for Product Managers across all levels of experience (junior/mid/senior) to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

The key responsibilities

Product vision and strategy: defining a clear and compelling product vision, direction and purpose, as well as a plan outlining how the product will achieve its goals

Market research and analysis: analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Define the ideal customer personas and segments for the product

Roadmap planning: create product roadmap including feature releases and milestones, features prioritization and enhancements

Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with engineers, marketers, designers, architects, and other stakeholders to bring the product to life, bridging communication gaps via ensuring that everyone involved has a shared understanding

Product backlog development: define detailed requirements in the form of epics, features and user stories to guide the development team. Continuously refine the product backlog based on user feedback and changing market conditions.

Product development: participate in all agile ceremonies, provide necessary product concept, and approve development work done

Product launch and marketing: develop strategies for launching the product to the market, working with the marketing team to create messaging, positioning and promotional material

Performance analysis: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the product’s performance in the market. Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience in Technology or Business Transformation or Digital Services or Consulting, out of which 1 year was as a Product Manager
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory)
- Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must
- Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
- Experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level.
- Excellent appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data, Analytics & AI, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, Platform-based models etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players
- What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.
Ideally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)
- Product Manager or any other relevant Agile at Scale certifications
- Experience in Banking or Insurance, or Government sectors would be considered an advantage
- Experience in Digital Economy Platforms would be considered an advantage
- Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and proven record of a customer first mindset
- Experience with Product Management tools for backlog creation, prototyping, journey mapping etc.
- Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients. If you have a genuine desire to help businesses achieve their full potential, this role is for you.
- Background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies
