To achieve this, we are seeking for consultants to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.

 Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll needs and requirements, providing expert business analysis and advising on the best solution. 

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of payroll systems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. 

  • Perform system integrations, data migrations, and customizations. 

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and post-implementation support. 

  • Provide guidance and support to clients in system setup, user training, and change management, ensuring a smooth transition to new payroll solutions. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure effective resolution. 

  • Ensure the payroll system is compliant with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements relevant to the client’s business operations. 

  • Prepare and present reports and documentation related to system performance, process improvements, and compliance. 

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients post-implementation, ensuring the continued success of their payroll system. 

  

Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any relevant field. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll consulting, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting payroll systems. SAP Payroll experience is highly preferred, but not required. 

  • Strong experience in business analysis, system design, and implementation of payroll solutions. 

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax compliance, and legal/regulatory requirements. 

  • Strong technical skills with experience in system integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
