About EY NextGen Women Competition

The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries.

Finalists are challenged to think critically as they undertake both group and individual challenges. The country winners are invited to attend the global final.

They work together to solve a case study, culminating with the announcement of the EY NextGen Women global winner.

Women. Fast forward

The EY organization is passionate about investing in the development of future female leaders.

Studies have shown that women’s advancement and leadership are key to business performance and economic prosperity.

To help companies drive inclusive growth by focusing on their capital and transaction strategy through to execution, we must build diverse and purpose-driven teams.

Who is the competition for?

The EY NextGen Women competition is designed for female students currently enrolled at a university who are interested in a career in EY-Parthenon.

You need to have a Cyprus work permit to be able to undertake an internship at EY Cyprus. Unfortunately, we do not accept applications with a student permit due to legal constrains.

How can I benefit from taking part in this competition?

By entering the competition you can make meaningful connections with EY leadership that will benefit your career. You will have the opportunity to network with like-minded women and EY-Parthenon leaders working in a global organization to differentiate yourself from other graduates in an increasingly competitive job market. The winner of the local NextGen Women competition will represent Cyprus at the regional / global final in fall 2026 and a potential internship/graduate role at EY Parthenon.
