The EY Parthenon team of EY Cyprus is looking to recruit a high-performing, and experienced consultant at the Manager level. We are offering the opportunity to gain a diverse range of experiences and develop a great sense of achievement.

Key responsibilities of the role:
-
Lead the analysis and presentation of a client’s existing/proposed business, identifying key strengths and weaknesses and document key findings;

Drive insights into key business drivers in transactions, providing significant value to clients through actionable conclusions and strategic advice.

Oversee the documentation of main findings that underpin the advice provided to clients, ensuring clarity and precision.

Verify and assess information and formulate views;
-
Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client;
-
Lead proposal preparations for prospective clients, showcasing the value and expertise of the team;

Take the lead in organizing and facilitating client meetings with a focus on addressing their challenges, offering tailored made solutions and actionable recommendations.

Cultivate and expand internal and external networks through strategic personal contacts and relationship-building.

Effectively manage and lead a diverse team of professionals, ensuring that each member is aligned with the team's goals and objectives. This includes setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Foster strong internal relationships with members of the SaT team and other EY services, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Take ownership of personal learning and development while mentoring and coaching other team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
To qualify for the role you must have the following:
-
Strong academic record, preferably relating to Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics

Leadership experience in managing teams is a must.

Proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
-
Experience with handling client meetings and client communication.
-
Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
-
Proficient financial modelling skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
-
Proven ability to work under strict deadlines while maintaining quality.
-
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Ideally you should also have:

Experience in a similar transaction advisory environment/team with a track record of successful project delivery.

Qualified or in an advanced process of becoming qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. MBA) will be considered an advantage
