To achieve this, we are seeking for Junior Product Owners/Managers to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

The key responsibilities


The following are for products and services for EY clients; organizations across various industries in Cyprus and abroad:


  • Drive the ideation, design and sustainment of digital products and services

  • Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by your team ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product

  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products and services

  • Collaborate with partners and customers to co-develop product roadmaps and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment

  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, user enablement etc.

  • Work in an Agile environment to continuously assess business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

  • Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap.

  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

  • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

  • Define and execute go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.

  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

  • Consult with clients to shape the strategies that deliver business value and customer satisfaction.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment

  • Mentor team members

  • Champion the Product Owner craft within EY

  • Contribute to estimation, project planning, practice development and new business

To qualify for the role, you must have


  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager

  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory)

  • Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

  • Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments

  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must

  • Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

  • Experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level.

  • Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects.

  • Excellent appreciation of current market technology and transformation trends (e.g., Data, Analytics & AI, Cloud, Emerging Technologies, Digital Economy, Platform-based models etc.) and how these are likely to impact key industry players 

  • What is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and passion to develop fast in an international working environment. You’ll need to pick up new skills and talents as you go, so asking questions and having the confidence to speak up are essential.


Ideally, you’ll also have (considered an advantage)


  • Product Owner/Manager or any other relevant Agile at Scale certifications

  • Experience in Banking or Insurance, or Government sectors would be considered an advantage

  • Experience in Digital Economy Platforms would be considered an advantage

  • Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset

  • Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and proven record of a customer first mindset

  • Experience with Product Management tools for backlog creation, prototyping, journey mapping etc.

  • Passion to lend subject matter expertise to the design, planning and implementation of strategic transformational initiatives for our clients. If you have a genuine desire to help businesses achieve their full potential, this role is for you.

  • Background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies
