To achieve this, we are seeking for Junior Project Manager across all levels of experience (junior/mid/senior) to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

The key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and update project status to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members
• Support the senior project manager in managing project changes and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects
• Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager

• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory)

• Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

• Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments

• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must

• Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

• Experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level

• Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects.

It will be a plus if you have 

• Experience working with Technology oriented projects
