We are currently looking for a Junior Consultant to join our rapidly growing People Consulting team in Nicosia.
As a Junior Consultant in EY’s People Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of projects, providing people consulting services to a diverse client portfolio across various sectors in Cyprus and abroad.
You will be involved in projects and initiatives related to the full spectrum of people management, including organizational design, performance management, talent management, culture and change, people analytics, people development and rewards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver people-related systems, programs, and policies to clients for improving their HR capability and employee performance.
- Participate in diagnostic studies, including data collection through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze HR data and help draft reports with findings and recommendations.
- Help design and implement HR solutions in areas such as performance management, rewards, organizational design, and change management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to high-quality deliverables.
- Build professional relationships with clients and represent the team in meetings and relevant events.
- Work closely with the People Consulting Team and other EY teams, where needed, to provide high quality deliverables.
Required qualifications, skill and attributes:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Occupational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, either in consulting or in-house roles.
- Strong interest in HR systems and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong results-orientation with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering results.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
