Information Systems  Auditor

(Hybrid Work Mode)

 

You will be part of our Technology Risk team performing Information Systems and Information Security audit for various clients. Working with the Technology Risk team, you will also perform information security risk assessment, information security framework implementations, IT Governance, and Data Privacy Audit. Our client base spans across various sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Logistics, Transportation and includes collaboration with other expert teams within EY.

We’re looking for an early career professional with interest in Technology Risk or a professional with experience in other Technology domains looking to transition in Auditing of Information Systems and Security. Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the team on the delivery of multiple client engagements.
  • Working with managerial level client personnel to address compliance, information security, and operational risks.
  • Contributing to the development of audit plans, participating in client meetings and controls testing fieldwork.
  • Assessing the client’s current state of Information System controls, identify Technology and Security risks and develop remediation recommendations.
  • Working with client IT personnel to analyse, evaluate and enhance information security controls, and performing information security audits. 
  • Being involved in other technology risk projects. 

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Collaborating effectively with other members of the team on planning and developing work program timelines, risk assessments and other documents/templates.
  • Taking proactive approach in learning and working with other team members within stipulated timeline along with understanding the work quality expectations.
  • Developing an understanding of Information Systems Auditing standards and methodology.
  • Developing good level of knowledge around Information Security frameworks, relevant regulations, and technology standards.
  • Good project management and organizational skills.
  • Having good communication skills, inspiring teamwork, and responsibility with other team members.

 

Minimum requirements for this role

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Greek.
  • Enthusiast and professionally striving towards Technology Risk subjects.
  • Be willing to invest on achieving a high calibre professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or other comparable within an agreed and reasonable timeframe.

 

Experience

  • Graduate or up to 3 years of experience working within a Technology role.
  • Certified as CISA, CISSP, CISM or other comparable professional certification is considered a plus.
  • Awareness of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC Report, IT General Controls, Information Security Risk Assessment will be considered an advantage.
