The Opportunity

EY Consulting is on a mission to become the world’s leading transformation partner. To support this, we are seeking Graduate Implementation Consultants who will participate in the SAP Young Professionals Program and subsequently join EY’s Technology Consulting teams upon successful completion.

As part of our collaboration with SAP through the SAP Young Professionals Program, we are excited to offer young talent the opportunity to upskill, certify, and begin their journey as SAP Consultants within the EY ecosystem.

This fully sponsored program, initiated by SAP and promoted by EY, is designed to accelerate the development of next generation consultants who will contribute to AI driven digital transformation projects across our region.

Over an intensive 2-month period, selected participants will undergo SAP-led training focused on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and professional consultancy skills, culminating in a globally recognized SAP Associate Certification. Graduates will then be considered for placement within EY’s consulting practice, working on real digital transformation projects across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

About the Program

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free, full‑time training initiative delivered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center. Participants will receive:

SAP Associate Certification:

SAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Training duration:

March 18, 2026 – May 4, 2026 (full‑time, online live training)

Outcome:

A pathway to join EY as a Graduate SAP Consultant (subject to successful certification and EY recruitment processes).

Your Key Responsibilities After Joining EY

As a Graduate Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Support blueprinting, design, implementation, and deployment phases of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition projects.
• Assist in configuring SAP core modules under senior guidance.
• Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution workshops.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into SAP system processes.
• Support testing cycles, data migration activities, and go‑live preparations.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, system optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary EY teams on digital transformation engagements.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and professionalism.

To Qualify for the Program, You Must Have:

• Legal right to work in Cyprus (SAP program requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Graduation within the last 3 years (preferably with high academic performance).
• Currently unemployed or in a non-permanent/part-time role looking to kick start your career‑time role not aligned with long‑term career goals.
• Fluency in English  (written & spoken) is a must
• Strong interest in pursuing a career as an SAP Consultant and willingness to travel for projects.
