We are currently seeking to hire a Senior Advisor / Assistant Manager to join our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) teams in Nicosia or Limassol.

Our FAAS team supports clients in addressing complex accounting, financial reporting, sustainability reporting and assurance, finance transformation and AI. We work with finance, reporting, sustainability and assurance teams to help organisations respond to evolving business, regulatory and stakeholder expectations through:
- Accounting and financial reporting advisory services, including support on IFRS Accounting Standards application, complex accounting matters and financial statement disclosures
- Corporate reporting advisory services, including support on reporting processes, reporting quality, governance and presentation of financial and non-financial information
- Sustainability reporting and assurance services, including support with ESG reporting requirements, CSRD/ESRS implementation considerations and related internal processes and controls
- Audit-related accounting and reporting support, including assistance with technical accounting consultations, reporting analyses and documentation of management judgments
- Finance transformation and process improvement services, including the enhancement of reporting processes, data quality, controls and use of technology-enabled solutions and AI.
Skills and attributes for success
- Keeping up to date with developments in IFRS Accounting Standards, sustainability reporting and assurance standards, and undertaking effective research to provide tailored solutions to client matters
- Understanding our clients’ needs, ambitions and expectations, while delivering high-quality work with guidance from more senior team members
- Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service to our clients
- Contributing to the delivery of advisory and assurance-related projects, identifying opportunities to improve our products, methodologies and processes
- Strong quantitative, written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Proactive, flexible and team-oriented from concept and design through to implementation of projects. You have an intellectual curiosity, and you are willing to go “the extra mile”
- Ability to communicate complex accounting, reporting and sustainability topics clearly, both in writing and in internal and external/client presentations
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
Ideally, you will also have
- An excellent academic track record with an undergraduate degree and/or postgraduate degree, from a reputable University, in fields such as accounting, finance, economics, strategy, business administration, risk management, mathematics or any other related disciplines.
- Holding a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in audit, financial accounting advisory, corporate reporting, sustainability reporting/assurance, finance transformation or a related professional services environment
- Experience with IFRS technical accounting matters, financial statement review, sustainability assurance readiness or ESG reporting frameworks will be considered an advantage
