Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.


Key responsibilities

 

The Executive Assistant will provide secretarial support to Partners, Directors & the Team. The successful incumbent must be able to work independently, under tight deadlines and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Other than that, the responsibilities include:

  • Completing a broad variety of executive support tasks including managing calendar appointments, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, schedules, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • Handling calls, processing accounts, handling of correspondence, expenses and leave verification and office coordination
  • Booking of meeting rooms, coordinating the team's meetings and events
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the department in all administrative matters
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, follow-up on payment procedures, and maintaining financial documentation
  • Providing assistance in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and client onboarding process, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth client transitions
  • Overseeing the smooth functioning of the workplace environment, including space organization, resource allocation, and coordination to optimize the floor operational setup.

Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in Greek and English Language
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
