The opportunity

We’re looking for Accounting & Finance Professionals looking for a transition in Technology Consulting. The ERP Consultant will help deliver finance and accounting solutions using global best practice ERP platforms with technology giants like Microsoft and SAP. In this role, you’ll work with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs, set up and configure finance and accounting modules, and support them throughout the project. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects and grow within a leading global organization, while transitioning into a technology consulting related background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between finance and accounting business users and the technical team to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Configure and implement core Finance modules (such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management, etc.) in cutting-edge technology platforms like Microsoft and SAP.
• Support end-to-end process design, testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities.
• Participate in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Provide ongoing system support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.
• Prepare documentation including functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements during solution design.
• Explore and promote the use of AI within the ERP ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial operations.
• Looking for people with Accounting & Finance background that want to transition in Tech by on the job and formal training.
• Understanding of financial processes, reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multinational environment.
• Urge to learn and grow into a technology professional

Preferred Skills:

• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems is  desirable.
• Understanding of core finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles.
• Ability to interpret and document business and accounting requirements clearly.
• Interest or basic exposure to Microsoft and SAP ERP platforms is an advantage.
