To achieve this, we are seeking for experienced consultants to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus, the UK, the MENA region, and other countries internationally.

Key Responsibilities:


•    Develop and implement financial services data-driven solutions relate, but not limited to, optimizing card limits, building acquisition scorecards, and analyzing credit utilization.
•    Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and improve operational efficiency.
•    Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
•    Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•    Maintain and enhance existing models and develop new models as needed.
•    Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
 
Requirements:


•    Proven experience in secure lending-related projects, such as card limit optimization, acquisition scorecard build/cut-off changes, and credit utilization analysis.
•    Proficiency in key areas of operational day-to-day effectiveness, including:

  1. SAS, SQL, and Python coding
  2. P&L analysis

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Fluency in English is a must have.
 
Preferred Qualifications:


•    Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in Unsecured Lending.
•    Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and platforms.
•    Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
