About the opportunity

We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our Financial Services Risk Management Consulting Team. The successful candidates will work on consulting projects across the Financial Services sector.

As part of our team, you will be provided the opportunity to directly support and work with a wide range of major clients both in Cyprus and abroad. 

Your key responsibilities of the role

• Participate in client workshops and meetings
• Analyze and interpret client data and information
• Prepare project deliverables as well as high quality reports
• Support clients interpret and implement Regulations and Directives
• Advise clients in complex areas of strategy, financial and regulatory matters
• Assist clients with challenges in risk, capital and liquidity management
• Support the Consulting team with developing and winning new business
• Use cutting-edge tools like the EY AI platform
• Experience international exposure, with opportunities to travel and support clients internationally

We invite applications from candidates with

• Strong academic records, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or other Sciences.
• Possessing a post-graduate degree or relevant professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, PMP), will be an added advantage

We are looking for candidates with skills in the below areas

• Strong presentation and report writing skills in English and Greek, for both technical and business audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Client handling and relationship management skills
• Analytical, problem solving, creative, inquisitive, persistent, determined
• Motivated and able to perform well under pressure
• Working well within a Team and enjoying collaboration
• Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Curious about new technologies and interested to learn
• Interested in travelling and experiencing different cultures

Nice to have but not mandatory

• Quantitative and analytical skills in quantitative methods in the area of economics, risk management and finance
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL, R, Python, SAS)
• Knowledge of the Banking Industry or other Financial Services
• Experience with prudential regulation
• Knowledge of the Arabic language
