The opportunity 

  

To achieve this, we are seeking for an AI Product Owner to join our Data and AI Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Europe Central (EC) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally. 

 

  

As an AI Product Owner, you will: 

 

  • Act as the bridge between our clients, business stakeholders, and AI delivery teams. 

  • Shape the roadmap, and requirements for AI solutions, ensuring they are practical, ethical, and aligned with client strategy. 

  • Work on AI & Data strategies that transform the AI & Data landscape of our clients, enabling them to capture new opportunities, modernize legacy systems, and embed AI responsibly across their organizations. 

  • Translate complex business needs into clear product backlogs, working closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Consultants. 

  • Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engagements. 

  • Stay ahead of market trends and AI regulations, 

  • Contribute to our internal AI frameworks and accelerators. 

 

  

Key responsibilties: 

  

  • Define and own roadmaps for client engagements. 

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable features. 

  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs in agile delivery environment 

  • Work on AI & Data strategy engagements, helping clients design target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.   

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (consultants, data scientists, ML engineers, UX/UI designers) to ensure successful delivery. 

  • Support business development through proposals, demos, and client presentations. 

  • Ensure solutions comply with ethical AI principles, data governance, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR). 

  • Contribute to the growth of our AI consulting practice by sharing insights, reusable assets, and accelerators. 

 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager or Consultant, ideally in consulting, technology, or AI-driven organizations. 

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in business (hands-on coding not required but ability to “speak AI” is essential). 

  • Proven track record of delivering digital/AI products/strategies 

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable engaging with both C-suite and technical teams. 

  • Ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously. 

  • Relevant certifications (PSPO, SAFe, Scrum, or AI-related) are a plus.
