Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role is based in [Location], with regular travel required to meet client needs.

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Funds Management and SAP Grants Management solutions for government clients.
• Define and implement funds control, budget availability control, commitment management, and budget execution processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on budget formulation, budget execution, and financial compliance requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution validation sessions.
• Lead integration between SAP Funds Management and SAP Financial Accounting (FI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Budgeting, Grants Management, Procurement, Project Systems, and Treasury.
• Ensure accurate financial postings, reporting, and reconciliation across integrated SAP modules.
• Manage SAP functional consultants and project resources.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, deliverables, quality assurance, and risk management.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree) in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP S/4 Implementation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Funds Management and Grants management.
• Strong experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects and managing functional teams.
• Strong understanding of government budgeting, appropriations, funds control, and public sector financial operations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills. 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
• A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
• Certification in SAP Financial Accounting (Preferred).

• The salary range for this job is:
  • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices – $171,200 to $285,300
  • Bay Area California offices – $178,400 to $297,200
  • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento – $142,600 to $261,500
• Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
