The opportunity 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Technology Change Management Specialist expert to join our Global AI leadership team. You will play a pivotal role in driving and managing AI transformation initiatives internally for EY Consulting. This role involves close collaboration with the Program Management Office (PMO) to align on investments, reporting, and benefit realization. You will also support the creation of connection points between AI leaders in EY Consulting and regional representatives in the tech and emerging technology fields of play. Additionally, the role includes managing all internal leadership communications around AI. 

 

Your key responsibilities 

 

AI Transformation Initiatives: 

  • Drive and manage AI transformation initiatives across EY Consulting. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate AI into various consulting services and operations. 

  • Monitor and report on the progress of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

Collaboration with PMO: 

  • Work closely with the Program Management Office to align on investments, reporting, and benefit realization. 

  • Ensure that AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and can scale across the organization. 

  • Facilitate regular meetings with the PMO to review project status and address any issues. 

Connection Points Creation: 

  • Support the creation of connection points between AI leaders in EY Consulting and regional representatives in the tech and emerging technology fields. 

  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among AI leaders and regional representatives. 

  • Identify opportunities for synergy and innovation across different regions and technology fields. 

Leadership Communications: 

  • Manage all internal leadership communications around AI. 

  • Develop and distribute communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and presentations. 

  • Ensure that all stakeholders are informed about AI initiatives, progress, and outcomes. 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations regarding AI initiatives. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Act as a point of contact for AI-related inquiries and provide support as needed. 

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Identify and implement best practices for AI transformation and project management. 

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and emerging technologies. 

  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of AI initiatives and processes.

  • Willingness to provide recommendations for continuous improvement of AI initiatives and processes. 

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • Bachelros degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s Degree preferred.  

  • Hands-on experience or certifications in AI/ML frameworks and platforms are a plus. 

  • Proven track record of leading and managing global teams operating across different time zones, markets, and working cultures. 

  • Proven experience in driving and managing AI transformation initiatives. 

  • Experience in collaborating with Program Management Offices (PMO) to align on investments, reporting, and benefit realization. 

  • Experience is in creating value models to track qualitative and quantitative benefits of tech focused change enablement initiatives. 

  • Experience in managing internal leadership communications around AI. 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

 

  • Understanding of the consulting industry and the ability to integrate AI into consulting services. 

  • Experience in working with regional representatives in the tech and emerging technology fields. 

  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices, data privacy laws, and organizational policies. 

  • Ability to monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and address potential biases or inaccuracies. 

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to ensure that AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $61,900 to $112,300.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $74,300 to $127,600.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
