EY- Parthenon - Strategy and Execution - Corporate Real Estate (CRE) - Transaction (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1666418), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY. 
  
Serve as an advisor to the global EY Real Estate network to deliver high quality strategic advice through every phase of the real estate and M&A lifecycle. Support accounts and M&A advisors on major transactions to handle highly complex, cross-border transactions corporate real estate challenges. Work with clients to address their most complex corporate real estate technology issues and challenges by advising on strategic, operational, and analytical matters. Apply expertise to assist clients with strategic and/ or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions. Apply knowledge of core CRE consulting disciplines - including CRE operating model and organizational design, CRE support for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) / Divestiture transactions (pre-deal due diligence, integration support, and separation support, post close support), portfolio, occupancy strategy, and CRE IT / digital workplace strategy.   
 
Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field plus 8 years of experience (of which 5 years are progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field plus 7 years of related work experience. 

 
Must have 7 years of experience with CRE related transaction advisory engagements, including:
  
- pre-deal due diligence, 
- integration support and 
- end-to-end site separation execution, including diligence, planning and costing (one-time, run-rate, and stranded costs).
  
Must have 5 years of experience with one of the core CRE consulting disciplines:

- CRE operating model and organizational design; 
- CRE financial modeling and experience analyzing real estate KPIs, benchmarks and operational trends; 
- CRE support for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Divestiture transactions including:  
   - pre-deal due diligence,  
   - Integration support,  
   - separation support,  
   - post close support and  
   - portfolio and occupancy strategy, and  
   - legal entity restructuring/separation, and 
   - TSA and rTSA structuring; OR 
   - Capital projects advisory services.

 

Must have 5 years of experience with supporting management, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing and budget management. 
 
Must have 7 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience with industry valuation tools such as ARGUS Enterprise. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 3 people. 
 
Must have 5 years of experience with leading projects, participating in engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews. 
  
Requires travel of up to 75%, of which 25% may be international, to serve client needs.
