We are excited to announce a career opportunity within our EY Law Legal Transformation Solution (LTS) team for a Senior Manager specializing in AI & Digital Transformation. Our LTS team partners with high-profile national and multinational clients to elevate the performance of their legal functions and drive organizational value. Role and Responsibilities:
As a Manager in our LTS team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how clients operate their legal functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Technology Strategy and Implementation:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of potential legal technology solutions.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to identify specific requirements and challenges.
- Analyze existing technologies within the legal department to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Research and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop criteria for selecting legal technology vendors and facilitating product implementation
- Maintain thorough documentation of technology assessments and implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users during the implementation phase.
- Drive program and change management efforts, including project planning, stakeholder communications, and feedback analysis.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our methodologies and service offerings.
- Emerging AI and Data Strategy:
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic business decisions, leveraging a deep understanding of data sources and potential applications.
- Utilize data modeling techniques and advanced statistical analysis to uncover patterns that inform business strategies.
- Implement cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, AI, GenAI, and self-service workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes through innovative technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree/JD with 4 years of experience (preferred fields: Information Systems, Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or Legal Studies).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIPP/E, CIPPM, CISA, CISSP, CISM, LPIP, PMP) or membership in good standing with a State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Power BI and AI data modeling.
- Proven ability to identify and address client needs, build relationships, and manage project workflows, budgets, and collections.
- Experience within a corporate legal department is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- High attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting legal analysis.
- Relevant experience in areas such as Legal Department Operations, Legal Technology and Innovation, Contract Management, Legal Transformation, or Process Improvement.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
