The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Expertise in the areas listed - Business Strategy/ Route to Market/Growth strategy/ Digital Transformation/ Go-To-Market strategy/ Market Assessment/ Business Process Re-engineering
In-depth understanding and experience in the economic and business consulting environment
Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned team
Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base.
Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.
Advanced knowledge of MS basic tools - Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/ Tableau, Alteryx
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
MBA (premium institute preferred) with a strong academic record
8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed –
Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.
In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in the respective least one sector of the following sector Oil & Gas
Experience
8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed –
Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.
