Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Backend Engineering
• Build and maintain high-throughput microservices using Java / Spring Boot deployed on AWS.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines.
• Leverage AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway) to build reliable, cost-efficient infrastructure.
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI inference pipelines into backend services with a focus on latency and reliability. Frontend Engineering
• Build performant, accessible user interfaces using React.js and Next.js with SSR / ISR patterns.
• Architect component libraries and design systems that scale across product surfaces.
• Implement AI-native UI patterns — streaming responses, conversational interfaces, and adaptive feedback loops. Quality & Operational Excellence
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; champion high code-coverage standards.
• Define SLOs and drive observability using structured logging, distributed tracing, and metrics dashboards.
• Participate in on-call rotations; triage and resolve production incidents with speed and rigor. Engineering Leadership
• Conduct thorough code reviews that elevate code quality and mentor junior / mid-level engineers.
• Contribute to engineering-wide technical RFCs and help define best practices for AI- powered products.
• Champion an iterative, feedback-driven development culture.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical

Experience

• Cloud Architecture (5+ years)
