Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. This role involves solution design, hands-on development oversight, integration leadership, and technical governance, while mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices. The Tech Lead will work closely with architects, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Service Cloud solutions. Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, and Service Console Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and detailed designs Own technical delivery across configuration, customization, and integrations Review and approve technical designs, code, and deployment plans Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards Development & Integrations Provide hands-on guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, SOQL Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and async patterns Guide CI/CD, version control, and release management processes (Git, DevOps tools) Governance & Quality Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards Identify technical risks and drive performance, scalability, and security optimizations Ensure proper documentation including technical design documents, integration specs, and deployment guides Team & Stakeholder Management Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and senior developers Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA, and client stakeholders Support pre-sales activities such as solutioning, estimations, and technical walkthroughs where required

 


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Computer Applications
  • Master of Computer Applications

Experience

  • Salesforce Administration (3+ years)
  • Technical Support (2+ years)
  • Salesforce Technical Lead / Application Architect
  • 8-10years of Salesforce Experience
