The opportunity : Technical Project Manager - TC - AI AND DATA - Delhi-NCR
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects across their full life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver complex IT initiatives on time and within budget while meeting business objectives
1. Leader – Guides the team to achieve project goals.
- Planner – Develops project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicator – Acts as a liaison between stakeholders, team members, and upper management.
- Problem Solver – Identifies and resolves issues or roadblocks.
- Risk Manager – Anticipates potential risks and develops mitigation plans.
- Quality Controller – Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Resource Manager – Allocates and manages project resources effectively.
- Decision Maker – Makes critical decisions to keep the project on track.
- Create detailed project plans
– Break down tasks, set timelines, allocate resources. - Agile Facilitator (Agile/Scrum)
Use: Scrum/Kanban boards, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reporting (burn-down charts, velocity)
– Acts as a Scrum Master or product delivery lead, facilitating sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress
- Monitor milestones, update schedules, and report status.
- Identify and manage risks
- Develop risk registers, response plans, and contingency actions.
- Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and handle feedback.
- Bridges communication between development teams, system architects, and third-party vendors.
- Go-Live Planning and Support
- Plan cutover activities, validate pre-requisites, and coordinate production deployments.
- Lead hyper care and post-go-live support phases.
15. Continuous Improvement
- Capture lessons learned and improve integration templates and playbooks for future projects.

- Certifications: Project management, Agile or equivalent certifications
