Your key responsibilities

Key asks for this role:

Operations & PMO:

• Weekly reporting & Analysis for staffing demands across our practice
• Track and collate billing numbers across accounts for the competency
• Analyse projections for accounts, data analysis of staffing data , preparation of summary reports for the leadership team
• Follow the GCC ways of working standards and ensuring compliance to the same on the system
• Engagement code / Economics management for our accounts on the competency

Proposal and RFP Management:

• Working with architects / SMEs / Senior Managers to draft solutions for ongoing RFP / RFQs
• Research and develop POVs on Data & Analytics challenges that are posed by our clients
• AI market research , compete analysis , point of view development for our clients.

Account Mining :

• Developing stakeholder mapping  for our key accounts
• Partner with the sales team to identify new leads , map existing stakeholders and help with providing inputs for account growth.

Qualifications needed:

• Hire at: Consultant level
• Educational qualification: MBA full time ( Tier 2 )
• Excellent communication mandatory
• Location: Bangalore only
• Immediate Joiners preferred
• Experience in managing operations in a Big 4 environment is a big plus
• Experience in Data & Analytics is preferred
• Work policy – Hybrid -  3 days a week from office  ( Whitefield )
