Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Profile: Senior IT Business Analyst . Skills and Experience Required: - Expert in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements to support the design and implementation of technology solutions across various systems. - Skilled in using analysis and documentation tools to maintain requirements traceability and support quality assurance, fostering clear communication of complex technical concepts to stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating business requirements into clear technical specifications. - Basic understanding of React and Java technologies along with application architecture and integration, ensuring that data models are aligned with business objectives and non-functional requirements such as performance and security. - Experience in Agile methodologies, facilitating effective backlog management and prioritization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables. - Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system outputs against business requirements. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. - Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or SQL is a plus. - Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications) preferred but not required. - Excellent skills in documentation using MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio. - Fluent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. . . Work Location & Schedule: - This role is aligned to Government & Public Sector (GPS) client engagements and may require daily working from client locations, based on project needs. The role may also require alignment with client working hours, including a six-day work week, depending on the engagement.

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• PhD in Computer Science
• PhD in Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
• Business Analyst Certifications

Experience

• Technical Business Analyst - 6+ years experience
• Senior IT Business Analyst - 6+ years experience
