Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Have worked on end-to-end integration solution and design strategy for ServiceNow across Platform for all ServiceNow products and modules available.
  • Design and develop robust integration frameworks using REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, Table APIs and other methodologies within ServiceNow.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise Platforms like Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP, Azure AD, Jira etc).
  • Leverage Integration with Middleware and Data lake solutions like Snowflake, Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi , OCI etc.
  • Define governance models, reusability standards, and best practices for all integration projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to identify integration points and map data flows.
  • Lead technical teams in the implementation of integration, automation of data exchange, error handling.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance requirements are met across all integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (sequence diagrams, data mapping, API specs).
  • Coordinate integration testing (SIT/UAT) and support production cutovers.
  • Manage and Maintain existing integrations ensuring operational availability and avoiding any disruptions.
  • Serve as the SME and escalation point for complex integration issues. Relevant job experience:
  • B.E/B-Tech from recognized college/university.
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development and configuration roles
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow integration Lead working on ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Experience in project delivery skills and working with stakeholders, customers and clients.

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

  • Cloud Architecture (5+ years)
