Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence

SAP Data Migration & Cutover
------------------
Define and lead the data migration strategy, covering ETL processes, tools, templates, and reconciliation.
Manage full lifecycle data migration for Planon Cloud (REM4SAP) integrated with SAP.
Collaborate with business, SAP, and implementation partners to define data mapping, transformation, and cleansing rules.
Oversee mock loads, validation cycles, delta loads, and cutover readiness.
Ensure data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and audit readiness.
Lead a team of migration analysts and coordinate with vendor/offshore teams.
Prepare dashboards, error logs, and reconciliation reports.
Cutover Planning

Develop and own the cutover strategy and execution plan across systems and stakeholders.
Define critical paths, go/no-go checkpoints, and contingency plans.
Act as the single point of contact for cutover execution and communication.
Ensure hypercare readiness with defined support and stabilization processes.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
10+ years in data migration with full lifecycle SaaS/ERP implementations.
Experience with SAP and SaaS integrations (e.g., Planon, Maximo, Workday, Salesforce).
Experience of leading cutover planning and executions for ERP and SAAS Projects.
Strong background in data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and reconciliation.
Expertise in SAP ECC/S4HANA, MDG, and master data structures.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.Ability to lead Data Migration for digital transformation programs involving ERP, SAP data.
Ability to lead the Cutover Planning and Execution
Strong Communication and Stakeholder management skills.
