Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Job Title Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud Experience 4–6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience Role Summary The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, the ability to work closely with functional consultants and technical leads, and experience delivering enhancements and integrations on the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development (Service Cloud) Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Knowledge, and Service Console Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, page layouts, Lightning App Builder, and other declarative tools Build custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL Integrations & Data Implement and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms Perform data migration and data management activities using Data Loader, import wizards, and APIs Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across Service Cloud processes Quality & Delivery Write and maintain unit test classes and ensure adequate test coverage Participate in code reviews and adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards Support deployment activities using CI/CD and version control tools (Git, DevOps tools) Assist in SIT/UAT defect resolution and production support activities Collaboration Work closely with technical leads, architects, and functional consultants to implement requirements Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Provide estimates for development tasks and support technical documentation Technical Skills Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL Salesforce declarative automation (Flows, Workflow, Process Builder) Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) Integration fundamentals (REST/SOAP APIs) Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models Experience 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Experience working on enterprise or multi-cloud Salesforce implementations Experience supporting production systems and handling defects/enhancements Mandatory / Strongly Preferred ? Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I ?
