Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

B.E./B.Tech from a top-tier government-recognized university/institution, with additional qualifications such as MCA, MBA, or M.Tech being advantageous.
Experience in deploying generative AI applications, working with machine learning operations (MLOps), AI model development, lifecycle management, and technical project management, with exposure to AI/ML projects.
Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements related to AI and cloud deployments.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with certifications in relevant fields such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, PMP, or ITIL being highly regarded.
Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or Technical Program Manager in AI or software development environments, with a strong background in DevOps practices and cloud services, particularly Azure.
Proficiency in scripting languages, infrastructure as code, CI/CD tools, version control systems, containerization, orchestration technologies, and monitoring tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
B.E./B.Tech from a top-tier government-recognized university/institution, with additional qualifications such as MCA, MBA, or M.Tech being advantageous.

Experience

Lead and oversee the AI in Tax initiative projects and the deployment of generative AI applications, ensuring timely delivery, high availability, scalability, and adherence to budget constraints.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure setup, maintenance, and optimization on Azure cloud services, and the application deployment process across various environments.
Collaborate with internal teams, AI researchers, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and seamless integration of AI models into production.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and security of applications and infrastructure.
Facilitate user onboarding, training sessions, and provide regular updates to senior management to maximize adoption of new AI technologies.
Drive automation initiatives, address team issues, manage resources effectively, and support the professional growth of team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps, cloud security, and project management.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, DevOps, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
Manage budgeting for infrastructure, deployment-related expenses, and project costs.
Manage and oversee the AI in Tax initiative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Facilitate user onboarding and training sessions to maximize adoption of new AI technologies.
Monitor project progress, conduct analytics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Review and provide feedback on UI/UX designs to ensure a user-centric approach.
Address team issues, manage resources effectively, and support the professional growth of team members.
Oversee the application deployment process across various environments, ensuring seamless integration.
Engage in problem-solving and coordination to address project challenges and dependencies.
Handle ad-hoc requests and support ancillary project needs as they arise.
