CBS - BMC - Marketing :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our "account-centric" approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide  consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients' most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
  • Lead integrated marketing strategy and annual/quarterly planning for priority sub- service line or strategic theme.
  • Translate business objectives into clear campaign narratives, single minded thoughts, and audience journeys across channels.
  • Develop campaign frameworks and marketing plans that integrate content, events, partnerships, PR, digital, and social. Ideation & Program Development
  • Drive creative ideation for differentiated marketing programs, including flagship forums, CXO platforms, and thought leadership led experiences.
  • Conceptualize marquee client events (roundtables, forums, conferences) as strategic campaign moments, not standalone activations.
  • Shape themes, agendas, formats, and experience design to reinforce EY’s brand positioning and leadership credentials. Marquee Events & Industry Partnerships
  • Own planning and execution of large scale client events and leadership forums, aligned to integrated campaign goals.
  • Lead strategic partnerships with industry bodies such as CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM and similar forums to drive visibility, credibility, and engagement.
  • Ensure events and partnerships deliver measurable value across brand, relationships, and pipeline influence. Integrated Execution & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with content, PR, digital, social, and business teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage internal stakeholders (Partners, leadership, BMC teams) and external agencies with confidence and executive presence.
  • Oversee budgets, vendors, timelines, and approvals, ensuring quality, consistency, and cost efficiency. Reporting, Measurement & Governance
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for integrated campaigns, including reach, engagement, participation quality, and post program outcomes.
  • Lead campaign performance reporting, synthesizing insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines, risk, independence, and compliance standards across all activities.

 


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

  • •\t8–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or strategic programs, preferably in B2B / professional services.
