The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life. 

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Support end-to-end execution of employer branding initiatives including internal engagement campaigns, external branding, awards, events, social media collaborations.
• Support planning and execution of campus branding initiatives
• Work with creative teams to develop campus-specific branding collaterals
• Support employee events and campaigns — communication, logistics, vendor support, and post-event follow-ups.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project trackers, status reports, dashboards, and review presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance on purchase orders, invoice processing and closures
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for leadership and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with colleges and students to manage logistics and engagement activities
• Support employer brand visibility on student platforms

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• •\tGraduate in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. •\tPost-graduation/MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3-5 years
