About the job Position Details • Position Title: Compliance -Associate • Department: SaT Quality & Risk Management • Location: New Delhi Role Overview As a Compliance Associate, you will have the responsibility of ensuring that our engagement teams adheres to both our internal global and regional policies.. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough reviews and monitoring compliance risks. By doing so, you will help foster a culture where ethical behavior and accountability are at the forefront of everything we do. Key Responsibilities Compliance • Assistance in implementing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. • Promote employee awareness and adherence to compliance practices and timely completion of mandatory quality and risk management Trainings by SaT (Strategy and Transactions) practitioners • Maintain Repository (Letters, Report & Forms section) in coordination with GDS Quality Team • To build relationships with India Risk Management Team in completion of various centrally driven activities related to SaT engagements Reviewing • Conduct sample compliance reviews and share the findings with respective teams • Identify gaps, recommend corrective measures. • Maintain records and dashboards for leadership review. Training • • Organization of compliance training and awareness sessions. • Serve as the first point of contact for quality and compliance-related queries Reporting • Prepare and present compliance reports for leadership • Escalate violations and potential risks to senior management promptly. . Qualifications & Skills • Education: Post Graduation in Finance/ Business Administration Experience: 1-2 years in compliance function. Understanding and work experience of handling of Internal Quality & Risk management policies & Compliance processes within a firm is a pre-requisite. Key Competencies • Proactive risk awareness • Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct • Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel specifically) with basic knowledge of preparing templates, graphs, charts, etc., • Fluency in written and oral communication • Good logical/analytical skills • Ability to multi-task/ work with varied group of stakeholder • Basic understanding of Transactions
