CBS - RM - Proj & Operations :
Our enablement functions help everyone at EY operate more efficiently. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Admin, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Proven ability to effectively liaise with senior government officials to schedule and facilitate service quality assurance meetings with all GPS clients. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing analytical/AI tools such as MS Excel/EY.AI and PowerPoint to generate insightful reports for GPS Leadership. Experience in maintaining and updating monitoring trackers to ensure effective management of meeting schedules and referencing for review Strong understanding of government processes and engagement strategies to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams to enable EY GPS delivery to meet the client expectations. Methodical approach in preparing detailed action points from client meetings and translating them into actionable insights for GPS Leadership action and review.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- Master of Business Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration
Experience
- Business Intelligence (3+ years)
- General Management having supported Leadership
