The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Power Platform Applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent and Power BI), Experience in any 1 programming language C#/Dot Net/Java Script and Understanding of AzurePreferred exposure to anyone RPA tool is preferred (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism)

Qualification
BE/BTech/MCA (must) with an industry experience of 2-3 years for Associate Consultant. 4+ years for Consultant
Candidate should be involved in at least 5+ end to end app development and deployments.
Certified in Power Platform (PL 900/PL 400/PL 100, PL 200, PL 500, PL - 300)
Experience with any RPA tool will be a plus
Experience in programming language like .Net/C#/JavaScript
Experience
1-4 years of professional relevant experience

Job purpose:

Individual performer in the Business Consulting team to provide business analysis and development of automation processes for our customers across the globe.

Your client responsibilities:

Need to work as a team member to contribute to various streams of Power tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power VA and Power BI)
Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
Regular status reporting to the supervisor and onsite coordinators
Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
Willing to travel to the customer's locations on need basis.
Willing to be flexible to work on various tools based on demand

Your technical responsibilities:

Preparation and facilitation of process design sessions related to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent and BI.
Ability to develop Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Portals, Integration with Power Automate, Data verse etc
Ability to architect process automations and use cases
Write & maintain data process flows
Planning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of pre-built automation processes
Support all applications development effort involving Power Apps, Automate etc
Understanding of Data Models, Dataverse, Connectors, API, Dynamics 365 Apps etc
Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities
Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
