Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.
Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.
Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Qualification
Position 1:
She/He will hold Professional / Masters degree in financial management and/or accounts
Position 2:
She/He will hold Masters Degree in a relevant subject
Position3:
S(he) will hold a Master’s Degree in Soil Sciences, Agronomy, Hydrology, Agriculture Engineering etc
Position 4:
She/He will hold relevant Masters degree
Experience
Position 1:
The expert will have extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in financial management of developmental projects. Minimum 5 years experience should be in Externally Aided Projects, particularly World Bank funded Projects. High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
Position 2:
The expert will have extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in procurement management. Minimum 5 years of experience should be in the planning and conducting procurement management in externally aided project(s). Experience and knowledge of the World Bank Procurement Norms is desired. Expert should be either already trained on World Bank’s Procurement Framework 2016 or Consultant shall get the expert trained on World Bank Procurement Framework within 3 months of deployment at no cost to Client. High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Position 3:
S(he) will hold a Master’s Degree in Soil Sciences, Agronomy, Hydrology, Agriculture Engineering etc. from a reputed Institution with minimum 15 years of relevant working experienced of which minimum 5 years should be in the North East Region of India. Experience of designing and implementing soil and water conservation measures for at least 5 large projects (over INR 100 Crores) is mandatory. High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Position 4:
She/He will hold relevant Masters degree. The expert will have extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation in developmental projects. Relevant experience in Externally Aided Projects, particularly World Bank Projects will be preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience should be in the North East Region. High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
