Youâll own activities throughout a specific market, including various recruiting events and programs. Your key responsibilitiesÂ
Itâs no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this role. Youâll take on a wide range of responsibilities from facilitating and attending campus recruiting events to managing programs around diversity initiatives. Youâll work closely with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies for specific universities, colleges and markets. Youâll work closely with our internship program to ensure our interns are engaged and given challenging opportunities. Â

Youâll be managing a diverse array of talent projects and events so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key. Â Youâll have the ability to build and nurture long term relationships with internal and external influencers and stakeholders. Youâll need to be creative and innovative in developing sourcing strategies that attract talent and focus on diversity initiatives. Â Â

To qualify for the role, you must haveÂ
- A proven record of success in talent attraction and retentionÂ
- A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices
- General understanding in compensation practices and Benefit laws and practices
- Experience managing and planning multiple events
- Practical knowledge of common computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office) including applicant tracking systems (i.e., Taleo, Recsolu)
- Strong communication skills including comfort in speaking to large audiences
- 2-5 plus years of related experience
- A Bachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience

- Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environmentÂ
- Analytical skills to interpret and react to complex and constantly evolving dataÂ
