Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

 

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Asset & Wealth management domain who can be responsible for resolving L2 escalated client and platform issues within a JIRA-driven, SLA environment, ensuring accurate resolution and minimal disruption. Act as a key link between L1, operations, and technology teams to deliver high-quality support, seamless coordination, and a consistent client experience.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management: Handle and resolve L2 escalations via JIRA within SLA/TAT, maintain clear documentation
  • Triage Validation: Review and validate/re-prioritize triaged tickets from L1 based on impact and severity
  • Issue Diagnosis & RCA: Analyse complex issues (transactions, portfolio discrepancies, NAV/pricing) and perform root cause analysis
  • Platform Analysis: Investigate across Order Management System (OMS), Portfolio Management System (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), reporting systems, coordinate with tech team for defect fixes
  • Data Validation: Reconcile holdings, transactions, NAV, and valuations across front-end and backend systems
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with L1, Ops, Tech, Product, Compliance for timely resolution
  • Risk & Control: Ensure audit readiness, compliance adherence, and issue tracking
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, reduce repeat incidents, and enhance SOPs/knowledge base

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

Preferred Skills

  • Domain - Asset Management
  • Technical: JIRA or similar servicing tools
  • Professional: Strong problem-solving, ownership, stakeholder management; ability to work in high-volume SLA environments

   

Good to Have

  • Advanced Excel, MS Office, SQL (Intermediate), Visio, BI or similar tools
  • CFA/FRM or progress toward certification is a plus.

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem solving ability and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation.
