The Opportunity 

Role Summary 

Seeking a techno-functional professional with experience in private markets operations and investment technology. The role will support business and technology teams in delivering process improvements, technology initiatives, and operational enhancements across private markets functions. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements for technology and process improvement initiatives. 
• Assist with private markets investment lifecycle activities, including deal onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and reporting processes. 
• Collaborate with business users and technology teams to support solution delivery. 
• Participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization exercises. 
• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution activities. 
• Assist with data validation, data quality reviews, and reporting activities. 
• Support platform implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement initiatives. 
• Document business processes, standard operating procedures, functional requirements, and test scenarios. 
• Contribute to the analysis and resolution of operational and system-related issues. 
• Work closely with project teams to complete assigned deliverables in line with agreed timelines and quality expectations.

What We Look For 

• 5-8 years of experience in private markets operations, business analysis, investment technology, or a related field. 
• Understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Fund-of-Funds, or Hedge Fund operations. 
• Exposure to capital calls, distributions, valuations, commitments, investment accounting, data management, or investor reporting. 
• Experience with business requirements gathering, process documentation, functional testing, and UAT activities. 
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery environments. 
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Ability to manage assigned activities independently and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams.
