Technical Architect - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (Lending/Loan Origination)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team, specializing in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud with a focus on Lending and Loan Origination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, financial services processes, and a deep understanding of lending and loan origination workflows. The Lead Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions with a focus on lending and loan origination.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Develop architectural blueprints and best practices for Salesforce implementation within the financial services sector.
• Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and consultants in the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and integration with external financial systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and Financial Services Cloud updates, leveraging new features and technologies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce solutions for lending and loan origination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Architect certification(s) (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect).
• Experience in Salesforce platform architecture, with at least 3 years focused on financial services.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and lending/loan origination processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development practices, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with integration of Salesforce with other financial systems and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
