Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• ? Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions that align with organizational goals. ? Configure and customize SAP SD modules (e.g., order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation). ? Lead end-to-end implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements. ? Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements. ? Provide expert recommendations for process improvements and SAP best practices. ? Map business processes to SAP SD functionalities. ? Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FICO) to ensure seamless integration. ? Collaborate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reports. ? Support integration with third-party applications where applicable. ? Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues. ? Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. ? Conduct system testing and UAT for new configurations and developments. ? Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. ? Train business users and junior consultants on SAP SD functionalities. ? Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions. ? Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment. ? Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders. ? Build strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
• Master of Business Administration

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
