The opportunity : Senior Consultant-National-Forensics-ASU - Forensics - Investigations & Compliance - Mumbai
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on construction disputes, delay analysis, and quantum assessment.
In-depth knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, and claims management techniques.
Familiarity with industry-standard software for scheduling and delay analysis (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional certifications related to construction dispute resolution.
Strong understanding of relevant construction laws, contract administration, and dispute resolution processes.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a team.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is a plus.
Hans-on experience on industry-standard software for scheduling and delay analysis (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Professional certifications related to construction dispute resolution is an add-on. (e.g., PMP, RICS, CCE, AACE, NICMAR).
Experience
Working experience of 4-6 years in construction disputes.
