CNS - RISK - FSRM :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI and backend testing using Java and Selenium.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop robust test scripts for cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Perform API testing using tools/frameworks like RestAssured, Postman, or Karate.
• Validate backend processes including database validations, message queues, and service integrations.
• Ensure automation scripts are reusable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Report, track, and analyze test results, providing clear defect documentation.
• Advocate for automation-first and shift-left testing practices across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimun 4+ years of experience into Automation testing
• Strong programming skills in Java (Java 8 or higher).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
• Experience with API automation frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Karate, or similar).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and integration of automation scripts in pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for backend/database testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing (Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Serenity).
• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Basic understanding of service virtualization for testing complex integrations.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive approach to improving automation coverage and testing efficiency.
