DV Analyst - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM – PAN India

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills & experience

• Requirements and stakeholder partnership - Own the engagement with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, clarify the “why” behind requests, and translate needs into effective dashboard designs. This includes defining KPIs, agreeing metric definitions and drill down paths, and designing intuitive user journeys, filters, and controls that support day to day decision making.
• End to end delivery and prioritisation
• Manage delivery from product backlog, translating stakeholder needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes. Drive initial scoping through build, testing, release, and iteration, operating with a self-starter mindset and Agile ways of working. Balance multiple priorities, surface risks and dependencies early, and ensure deliverables land on time with the right level of quality and stakeholder buy in.
• Superset dashboard engineering and visual design standards
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards in Apache Superset as the core platform, applying strong visualisation development practices. This includes selecting appropriate charts, ensuring consistent formatting and layout, optimising for performance, and using narrative storytelling so insights are clear and actionable. Create reusable templates and standards so the wider team can deliver consistently and efficiently.
• Data quality, validation, and alignment with data partners 
• Perform data investigation, validation checks, and reconciliation support to ensure dashboards are accurate, consistent, and trusted. Work closely with Technology and data partners to confirm data availability, pipeline stability, and consistent metric logic across reporting, reducing ambiguity and preventing multiple versions of the truth.
• Run, support, and continuous improvement 
• Monitor dashboard performance and usage, diagnose issues quickly, and coordinate fixes to maintain stakeholder confidence. Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and new capabilities, using prototypes and demos to test ideas early and shape the future backlog.
• Documentation, knowledge transfer, and adoption 
• Maintain clear documentation covering dashboards, KPI definitions, calculation logic, controls, and release notes to support transparency and long-term maintainability. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to both team members and business users to drive adoption and reduce key person dependency.

Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
